Here are eight values that children can practice during this celebration. The activity includes eight candles, with each candle representing a core value. Children will light a candle every time they engage in an action related to the chosen value. This resource is an ideal way for your kids to shine through their actions. Instructions: Cut along the dotted line for each candle. Explain to your students that whenever they perform an action associated with a particular value, they should color a corresponding candle. Finally, have the children staple the candle book beside each candle flame. There is also an empty template provided, allowing students to choose any value they wish to practice and either draw or describe it in writing.
